Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Will not go back. Not many people in restaurant. Took over half hour to get food. Was told only had one Grill cook. Took 10 minutes to get a glass of water. Burger not any better than McDonald's.

Great service, great waitress! The food was so delicious and we left full and happy!!!

Very good hamburgers of course, and service was happy and cheerful, which is always a plus.

Had some issues in the past with this place. I must say the pass two times I've been there it was nice, great and friendly staff. Must be because I startrd going during there down time.

Staff are great and must of all the food is hot, so no cold serving from this place which is a plus....

All of the staff was super nice. Our server Tiffany was very sweet. But overall everyone seemed to be having a good time at work which makes the expierience much better for the guests. Not to mention the food was great! So excited to have an amazing veggie burger option. Thanks for carrying the Impossible burger.

I am that guy the went to a burger place an got a salad... lol sorry. But my wife got a burger an she loved it. My salad was great it was big enough to bring home an for lunch the next day. The campfire sauce for the fries I reccomend u get a gallon bucket it is to die for. Amazing.

When we we visit every time they do the great job, just one time they did mistakes with taking orders and messed up order three times. Overall everything is great. Good staff and makes perfect burgers.

Great service great food must bring your appetite. Steak fries are ok need to go back to shoestring fries. Onion rings and dipping sauce are a perfect match. They offer a huge variety of burgers the ones I have tried were again perfect.

Dinner tonight was great as usual. I had the Main Cheese and my hubby had the Red Classic Cheeseburger Felix. Both were made to our request and were delicious!

They never get Connie's plain burger right, have to always send it back. Just cheese and ketchup, not hard :). Otherwise, we had excellent service.

I took a friend there for his birthday. Nice waitress. The food was sub par and had to send some things back. By the time I got my customized burger and saw mayonnaise on it, I was too tired to argue. I just wanted to leave. The manager was very nice and gave my friend a sundae on the house. Long story short I would not recommend this place and would not go back there to eat.

This place is absolutely infuriating. The takeout here is unreal in the fact that I cannot order from here without a problem. I have had to drive back to the store on numerous occasions do to my order being incorrect. My wife just ordered take out and specifically asked for no sauce other than bbq on our impossible burgers only to get them home and for them to be doused in mayo! This is a continuous problem that is always met with a half hearted apology and every once in a while a comped meal which is worthless is I just have to drive back to the store for them to fix the mix up. I do not understand who is in charge of checking orders but it is not happening!

Super fast, friendly service. Had our appetizer motz sticks before we even ordered. Dinner was equally as fast and delicious. Love the Smoke & Pepper burger. And the bottomless fries are great.

Been to RR many times, 1st trip to this location. Lots of parking. No wait for table. Big salads. Burger was a little under-cooked. Ali (waitress..i think Ali was her name) apologized and took away. Manager and Ali back with fresh burger, perfectly cooked. Decor same at all location. Staff makes the difference. Ali (waitress) was great...friendly, very attentive! Both she and manager are big assets to RR! I left full!!

Best place for burgers

4th time visiting this location and we always receive excellent service. The food arrives quickly and our bottomless selections are always filled. I wish we had a location further south!

Ha! How much type space do I have... first time visit New Year's eve with my paramour, service was terrible-long wait Placed our order, and an app, the rings and waited for the burgers... the buns were dry as f and hard and the order was incorrect. Management was apparently on a test run because while the meal was comp'd, when went back there was all sorts of complications as to whether we'd get a comp meal. They finally relented and still the burgers came out FU plus they dont know what a "dirty banana " is, fyi it's a banana chocolate milkshake w/liquor in it. Red Robin black listed 👎👎🖕

I'd like to come there with my two great grandnephews they really enjoy it. And I enjoy it too. The wait staff is friendly. And we all had good time.

Their hamburgers are always good.

There are better places for burgers, try Shellhammers across the street.

The food is great but I go here for one reason, a particular server, Victoria.

A little slow for the waitress to come around but other than that, the burger was great and the fries were hot! Once the server showed up, the food came relatively quick. Over $10 for all the burgers but I feel like they're worth it.

Free birthday burger was delicious as always and then the bottomless hot fry. the only thing that I would not have again was the 1969 beer.

Loved this location. It was the customer service my daughter and I received from our server. Our wait was not long and the atmosphere was enjoyed. Food came correct and within 10-15 mins. Great place to get a great quick meal.

A French fry lovers paradise. I order bottomless broccoli crowns because I cannot have potatoes on my renal diet. Burgers are super wrapped in lettuce and always cooked to perfection! Atmosphere is busy, but the wait at times is well worth it!!!

Pretty good, but my burger was super small. I guess when I thought this was a place that specialize in burgers and shakes at my burger would be a good size. Either way the food was good.

I had no idea they had a full service bar in here. We had a great time after work saying goodbye to a coworker. The waiter was extremely friendly with fast service. He even offered to remake my drink if I didn't like it.

Food was delicious. Had the Royal Robin burger, had to send it back to have egg white finished cooking. No raw clear slimey egg whites - once it came back it was fantastic!!Chili is spicy - has kick to it, So if you want something mild this is not for you. LOL.Mac and cheese platter was inhaled by my fiance' son, so I will have to say it was good.Fiance had fish and chips, lot of food in this platter.Over all it was a nice evening out

Affordable prices, right amount food, clean, friendly personal. Went with my wife and daughter we received a really good service from our server Gabrielle. Definitely we are coming back

My husband and I both ordered the Southern Charm Burgers which we ordered medium-well and are supposed to come with candied bacon... sn: I've had this burger several times and have also made candied bacon many times. Our overcooked burgers arrive and I tasted the bacon and there was nothing candied about it. I mention this to our waitress and this is what the kitchen sends out... regular bacon with brown sugar sprinkled over it and not even melted

Horrible experience, took 5 o in to get our food , cold , tasteless, not even flavorful at all , ruin my dinner with my pregnant wife , not even a manager stop at the table to say sorry or something , for being a sooo call gourmet burgers , was terrible ,

Sat at the first booth before getting into the dining room. Waiting 15 minutes and not a single server even acknowledged us. This was on a Thursday night around 7pm or so. Several servers walked by and even what appeared to be a manager, but she was pre occupied talking with staff. We got up and left, the host who sat us 15 minutes prior told us to have a good night, as if we had a meal and were already done. We won't be back.

This place has good food. Burgers not huge but decent sized. And the waitress was grade A exelent. Easy to find amd good parking.

I love Red Robin food, and I always was a frequent customer but this one was really disappointed!! The food was so cold the bread looked like at kept out for long time without being reheated!! I’m really disappointed! Red Robin food shouldn’t have been like that!

The unlimited fries is a lie. We each had six potatoes-worth of fries and were cut off. The salads were delicious though.

Red Robin has great burgers with the flame broiled taste. Their fries are great too and endless if you want more. Their royalty program is worth being on as there is always some kind of promotion going on.
